Question:

If a person loses his testical at the age of 14 or 15 can he stll be able to have kids what are the chances of havein a baby

Answer:

The loss of the testicles will result in sterility. Therefore, there is no sperm to produce biological kids. Donor insemination or adoption remain the answer to having children.
