Reoccuring rash on face02/02/2009 |
My 4 yr old keeps getting a rash on his face. It will go away, then come back again, and it`s always in the same spot. It never spreads to any other part of his face or body, and It`s red & raised sort of like hives.Should I take him to the doctor?
Yes, it is probably best to make a doctor's visit so that the rash can be more accurately evaluated. There are many possibilities ranging from simple dry skin, minor allergies/irritation, etc. If there's a family history of asthma, hay fever, and skin eczema, this may be a manifestation of skin eczema in a child.
