Question:

is that possible to have a sudden weight loss while decreaing valporic acid dose (after using 12-14 years continuosly) and then stopped and switched to gradually increased dose of lamictal

Answer:

Valproic acid is known to cause weight gain. An individual can lose the weight they gain when valproic acid is stopped.
