Breast cancer survivor another lump found02/11/2009 |
my mother in law has discovered a lump on her remaining breast, she had breast cancer approx 3 years ago and had her one breast removed. She can only get a mamogram in a month and the doctor is ok with it?? Is this ok as I feel the earlier the better with cancer so why would her doctor be so relaxed?
I think that it would be reasonable to be seen sooner in the setting of a new lump.
