Swollen penis02/04/2009 |
my 6yr old has a swollen penis . no problems urninating at all . he had same thing on newyears day and we took him to ED they said infection of penis and gave anitbiotics it went away in a few days. one month later same thing he wakes up in the morning complaining of itching and swollen penis . we took him to his dr. they are confused and we took him to an allergy dr. confused also. do we need to take him to urologist ? it is still soft but very large. no bug bite seen either. thanks for any help you can be!
If the primary care provider is confused or would like additional help, a referral to a pediatric urologist would be appropriate.
