The tip of my tongue on the top and the bottom hurts, but theres no sign of a cut, bumps, or any other.
It could be related to: dry mouth, nutritional (vitamins), gastrointestinal (digestive system), a fungus (candida), burning mouth syndrome or just irritation (inflammation). You should have your dentist check it.
