Depression |
Teen Depression02/19/2009 |
Im a 15 year old girl . i already know i`m depressed. i have a psychlogist. since i started feeling this way, i keep thinking that i have i`m a different person in my body. i don`t know why. i can`t think normally now. it`s hurting too much. please give good advice.
You should talk with your psychologist and your doctor about whether you are getting enough treatment to relieve these feelings of hurt and changes in your body. You may need to change the approach or the intensity of the therapy, or add medication, exercise, or light to your regimen. Don't give up. Depression is treatable. Read Getting Your Life Back by J. Wright and M. Basco, and read about depression on the web (Google Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance). Stick with it.
