Answer:

It is difficult to understand your question exactly, but I understand the basic concern is that you have had three miscarriages, and it sounds like they were relatively early in pregnancy.

While one miscarriage is extremely common and does not increase the risk of having another, a woman who has three miscarriages in a row may have an underlying disorder that requires treatment.  There are many possible causes, and the set of diagnostic tests will be determined by such factors as the woman's health, her gynecological history and what factors were involved in the previous miscarriages.

Some of the possible explanations that can be tested for include: abnormal chromosome make-up of either the mother or the father; a uterine abnormality; a maternal medical condition such as diabetes, hypothyroidism or a connective tissue disorder; blood clotting too easily; development of antibodies in the mother that cause an immune-mediated attack of the pregnancy; an infection (specifically of the uterus, not necessarily the ones that you were tested for); or a hormonal deficiency.

While each of these issues may have specific treatments, recurrent miscarriages may also be unexplained (that is all of the above tests are normal), and many women who have had three miscarriages go on to have a healthy pregnancy on the next attempt with no treatment.
