My niece04/07/2009 |
my niece us 14 months old now. she has really big head but still her body looks like a newborn... her fingers or hands haven`t grew any and she still wears newborn shoes.. her head is so big that she can`t hold it up. she`s can`t crawl, walk or anything else but sit up and she just learned how to do that over the past 2 months. she still doesn`t know how to speak and she can barely hold her bottle. the doctors say that she`s just a "lazy baby" but i really don`t think that is what it is. so can anyone please help me?
I would suggest that you have your niece examined by her primary care provider who will have growth charts that will be able to help determine if she is growing appropriately in terms of length, weight and head circumference.
