My son`s chronic bowel problems05/11/2009 |
my son has had bowel problems since he was a baby.He had double hernia surgery when he was 3 years old.He is now almost 16.He struggles to have a bowel movement.Sometimes he does not go for many days.He has never had diarrhea in his life.What could be the problem?
I would discuss your concerns with your son's primary care provider, who has access to his medical records and the ability to perform a physical examination to determine if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
