High Cholesterol05/07/2009 |
I`m not sure which catagory to choose for my question. I have high cholesterol and have been prescribed 3 different statins (at different times-trying to find one that works). All of them cause severe leg pain and weakness in left arm. Do you know of any "natural" drugs or herbs I could try? Thank you
Yes, we use:
1) Cinnamon and fish oil for elevated triglycerides
2) B-100 time released b complex and fish oil for low HDL
3) Magnesium oxide and fish oil for elevated total cholesterol and LDL cholesterolAsk your doctor which type you have, if any of these would be OK for you, and what dose of each supplement they use for each condition.
