Possible lung cancer?05/22/2009 |
I recently had a CT scan of the Thorax. Symptoms were 3 months mid back pain slight shortness of breath. How to Interpret Ct findings ? Medial Right Apical Sub pleural cyst 2.7 x 2.6 cm ? Nodal mass AP window measuring 1.6 x 1.3 cm. Please help as I/m still wait for my Follow up appointment 2 weeks now
Thank you for your question. Your anxiety is understandable. However, it is difficult to comment on the significance of these findings without a clinical encounter and reviewing the CT scan. It is reasonable to contact your provider at this point to initiate discussion regarding any further plans.
