Urethral Redness06/03/2009 |
I am a 53 yo early menopausal women diagnosed with desquamitive vaginitis. I use clindamycin and triamcinolone vaginally with good vaginal results, but my urethra is now red and has a small shallow vesicles- herpes neg- and I am not sure what to do next.
Although your symptoms are fine but I think some of the new developments are due to chronic use of steroid creams(triamcinolone). You need to talk to your GYN and probably switch to Estrogen cream such as Estrace.
