Spine and Back Health
I`m a college student. When I sit I bend a lot, and because of that, my back posture looks bad. How can I avoid this? Could you suggest some exersices? I think i just need an exersice. What do you suggest?
Hello, thank you for your question. I cannot make any specific treatment recommendations for you without a complete history and physical examination. As a general rule, a young healthy person who is worried about their posture could probably benefit from discussing their concerns with either: their family doctor, a physiatrist (also known as a 'rehab doctor' or a 'physical medicine and rehabilitation' specialist), a physical therapist, or even a personal trainer.
