Calcification in blood vessel r.u.l

im going to work in qatar in my x ray in my medical examination found that i have calcified blood vessel in the rigth upper lungs,i dont rememnber any history about it and where i got it. my question is what it will cause to my health i dont have problem in breathing and i can still play basketball, and can i still work on hot climate like qatar?

This is likely a calcified granuloma which is a scar from old infection. One infection that can do this is tuberculosis so it would be important to get a TB test before traveling. Granulomas usually cause no symptoms and do not pose any direct health risks. There are many other conditions that can cause lung calcifications so speaking with your physician or a pulmonologist would be advisable.
