HI I NEED TO HAVE A 3RD MOLAR EXTRACTED ( I THINK ITS A 3RD MOLAR)last tooth on bottom fully erupted... it gives me no pain to speek of so far.. just feels funny cause i know its there...feels heavy.. i know strange but thats what it feels like it is broken pretty good i am planing to have it taken out soon my question is i worry that it will just swell up and i will wake up that way...could it just swell with no pain? or is that only when it has an abcess and has lots of pain?
Yes, it could swell. Usually abscesses are painful until they drain, which often causes a bad taste in the mouth. Lower (bottom) wisdom tooth infections can become serious/dangerous.
