hello sir im a 21year old student[m].4 months before i had a viral fever with thrombocytopenia.i was admitted in a hospital and treated for that.but now my platelet count is again decreasing i saw a doctor and now in treatement for that.they says i have ITP.could this disease can be cured?is this a serious disease?dapsone100 and azoran 25mg are the medicines prescribed for me.please give me a reply.
About 50-60% of patients will be cured, and the remaining will have chronic low platelet counts.
