I have always suffered with tenderness behind my top front teeth, i.e. it easily gets sore if I eat something hard like a crusty bap, etc. Recently, however, I have been waking up in the morning with dried blood round my mouth and congealed blood on my tongue and front teeth - and the roof of my mouth is quite sore. Sometimes there is also a blood stain on my pillow. Please advise what this could be
It could be several things but your description gives too few facts to determine a probable cause. The only solution is to go to the dentist and have your problem diagnosed. It could be very simple or it could be serious. You need to be seen by a dentist to determine the problem and the solution.
