Replacement Options After #15 Molar Removal08/03/2009 |
I had my upper left, last molar removed due to a crack in the root of the molar and infection (abscess). What are the options for replacement now that the molar has been extracted? I have spent thousands of $`s in keeping my teeth healthy -- every molar is gold crowned. I do not want my upper left side to shift.
The best option for a single tooth replacement for the #15 area is a dental implant, but you could also have a removable partial denture made.
