I suffered a major knee injury and only have A 6-55 degree motion range, I would rather not take any drugs for the pain. Is there any side effects of using a local pain reliever like procain for rehab sessions?
There are minimal risks from injecting local anesthetics. The most significant being septic arthritis (an infection in the knee joint).
