Colonoscopy and coumadin

Question:

I am on coumadin because of my mechanical aortic heart valve. Can I have a colonoscopy with biopsies done while still on my usual coumadin dosage which keeps my INR between 2 and 3?

No, you should not have a colonoscopy with biopsies done.
