spiney things on lower inside lip? what are they?
Without additional information, the best I can do is to say that the most common "spiney" lesion of the lower lip would be squamous papilloma. This is a benign growth similar to the common wart on the skin and is caused by the same type of viruses (human papilloma virus, HPV). Just like a wart, a papilloma usually does not go away on its own but tends to grow very slowly if it grows at all.
Hope this helps.
