Can a Broken Rib Cause Bruised Kidney?09/11/2009 |
Can 2 broken ribs 18mos ago be the cause of spots on my kidney in recent CT scan and other tests?
"Spots" is so vague that I would not feel comfortable giving a "yes/no" answer. I would say it is unlikely that broken ribs would impart any permanent kidney damage. But, you need to discuss the nature of the spots with your doctor.
