Heartbeat and miscarriage09/08/2009 |
I am 7 wks and went in for a transvaginal U/S after noting some brown spotting. They noted a normal U/S as well as a heartbeat..Later that afternoon I was bleeding bright red blood and clots...? It lasted one day...Miscarriage or possibly subchorionic hemorrhage? Could I still be pregnant? Waiting until Tues for another U/S.... =/
You have correctly identified the two possible options: miscarriage or possibly subchorionic hemorrhage. The repeat ultrasound will distinguish the two.
