Placental abruption in TTB09/21/2009 |
Hi,There is a pregnant lady who got the pregnency through IVF and the egg donar had placental abruption in 2nd delivery where baby was dead before delivery.
The complications the current pregnant lady have are less foetus growth and frequent variations in AFI.
Please suggest if placental abruption is genetic which can be passed to a women who is pregnant with an egg donated by a women with placental abruption history.
We know that women have an increased risk of abruption is subsequent pregnancies but it is not known if this is genetic or presence of other risk factors the mother has.
There is no evidence that egg donors can pass the risk of abruption.
