hello, my menstrual cycle was 28 days . i had a miscarriage 6months back . My doctor advised me mutlivitamin pills and folic acid pills after which my cycle has changed to 30 days is it normall . and will this change my day of ovulation?
The vitamins you are taking should not effect your period.
