Hello: i have had sinus troubles for the past 2 years and they seem to affect the left side mainly of my throat, ear, sinus and temple i even get an itchy throat sometimes, however i do not have itchy watery eyes.
I would recommend an evaluation by an ENT physician. They can gain a clearer history and possibly recommend allergy testing and a CT scan of the sinuses. This may lead to a treatment plan for your condition.
