Who discovered diabetes?
Diabetes has been known about since ancient times - There is a book called Classic Descriptions of Disease edited by Ralph H. Major which quotes several named and unnamed sources of descriptions dating to the Egyptians. However we continue to learn new things about diabetes in order to try to control it and prevent it and make it easier for people to live with it. You might try looking in an encyclopedia as well.
