Vaginal Discharge11/17/2009 |
I recentlly had sexuall intercourse but its been a while. however, now im starting to see some white to light yellow discaharge sometimes its light and at times its sticky elastic. Im a bit worried to what it is and at times i feel discomfort. can you help me please. My body has been changing quiet a bit though before and after my menstual cycle.
Vaginal discharge that is clear and non-odorous is normal. Vaginal discharge that is discolored (yellow, gray, etc.) or has odor or is associated with vaginal itching or burning or irritation suggests an infection. Most common vaginal infections are bacterial vaginosus, trichmoniasis, GC/chlamydia, or yeast. These can all be treated with antibiotics. You should see your doctor.
