Weight Loss

Question:

I have been under alot of stress and if I am stressed then I can`t eat. I have lost 25 pounds. I was talking to my doctor and since I have to eat taking my medications he told me to take them with boost. I am eating now but not as much as I use too. That weight loss is over 10% of my body weight. I was 220 now I am 195. When should I be concerned about the wieght loss. Is it how long it takes to lose it. I am not trying to loss any but it is still comming off.
