She has been complaining of sore legs, feeling cold and itching of her abdomen and sides and recently been very tired and nauseas. What is the outlook for my child and what could be the next step forward.

There are too many unanswered questions regarding your daughter. I do not know her age, whether she is having urinary infections, and whether there is a suspected obstruction of the kidney contributing to the hydronephrosis. The sore legs, feeling of being tired, and the other symptoms probably are not related to the kidney and reflux issues.
