I have swollen, cracked lips with cold sores and tiny bumps all over them. My lips are also very sore and tender. What could have caused this?
A spectrum of conditions ranging from the dryness, to irritation from cosmetics/food, as well as actual infections such as viral infections can cause this. It is best to be checked by a physician in case prescription antivirals are needed.
