Pulled muscle

Question:

I pulled my right shoulder muscle during a golf swing. What can I do for it?

Answer:

Most pulled muscles will heal with rest.  Ice may help with the initial pain.  In about two weeks, you should notice a significant improvement.  If there is no improvement or your symptoms worsen, follow up with your doctor as it may be more than a simple strain.
