Question:

I am a cystinuric with 20% kidney function on right side. I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and one of the medications prescribed was Adderall 30mg for extreme fatigue.

Will Adderall further damage my kidneys or is it safe to take?

Answer:

Adderall will not harm the kidneys as long as your BP does not elevate. It has no direct toxic renal effects. If you are on Penicillamine there is no drug interaction.
