Tingling in my legs

01/25/2010

Question:

I`m 64, female, non smoker and have tingleing sensation in both of my legs from the thigh down. I notice this when I`m sitting down. I also have RLS, which I take a prescription drug before going to bed, which has not helped all that much. I exercise frequently and walk about 2 miles a day. What do you think this is and what do you reccomend? Is this just a temporary thing? Do you think it could be PAD? Thanks you

Answer:

This does not sound vascular in nature. I would recommend discussing with your primary care physician. Take care!
