Dear expert,What is the age limits for a woman to do beast self-examination? When should we start and when should we stop the examination?
A woman can begin monthly breast self-examination in their 20s. There is no specific age at when a woman should stop the monthly exam. Generally, women continue the procedure as long as they are physically able.
