02/09/2010

Question:

I have myasthenia gravis and recent blood work showed some kidney issue - dr. mentioned stage 3 - would that come from myasthenia gravis? - the bun lever was 33.

Answer:

Myasthenia gravis does not cause kidney disease. Your doctors should work to find another cause (diabetes, hypertension, etc.).

Hope this helps.
