Root Canals |
Abscess after Root Canal02/04/2010 |
I`ve had 2 root canals performed by different dentist. one was 4 years ago and it has been abcessed at times during the four years. i recently had a root canal done and now i have an abcess on that tooth. what can i do to take care of this problem. both teeth had been caped. i have to take antibiotics frequently to treat the infection.
I would recommend that you seek an evaluation by an endodontist. Root canal treatment is a difficult procedure, which is why there are specialists who have received extensive training in the field. I recommend an evaluation by an endodontist before any more treatment is done.
