No Adult Teeth03/16/2010 |
I am a 32 year old female, and I am in nursing classes. I brought up the subject that I never got any of my adult molars or premolars. Now I am charged with finding the cause and I haven`t a clue! I did, however, get my wisdom teeth in (and extracted), but those were the only adult molars.
Double-check your X-rays to be sure that the adult molars are not stuck (impacted) inside your jaw bones. Totally missing all adult molars would be very rare but would not necessarily indicate any significant overall health problem(s).
