Why is my urethra open/dilated?03/11/2010 |
I was urinating and when I wiped I felt this burning sensation like I had touched myself with something on my hand! It burned at my pee spot! I looked in a mirror at my genital area and noticed my urethra was very open! Up until this, I`ve had no symptoms whatsoever. What would cause this?I do have a new partner but we hadn`t had sex in over a week and a half. I tried to make an appt with my GYN but they said I should go see a urologist....
I know my body very well and so I`m kinda stumped here. What are some causes of this and where should I turn now?
Without examination, one can not assume the problem. Please see your urologist. It could be anything from infection to trauma and ulceration.
