Balanced Translocation of 1 and 603/15/2010 |
Hi, I recently had a miscarriage at 12 1/2 weeks. This was my first pregnancy, I am 32. Since I was past 12 weeks and had heard the heartbeat I requested testing of the fetus. This revealed a "presumed" balanced translocation of chromasomes 1 and 6. What are the chances that either me or my husband carry the translocation?
