My absolute Eosinophils cell count is 500/cu.mm and Serum IgE levels in my blood is 83.6 IU/ml. I am suffering from Excessive dryness in my skin for quite sometime. I am a 20 yrs. old boy and a vegetarian. please suggest me some treatment or any thing that i should include in my diet to encounter this allergy.
