hello how i can help woman 72 years with diffuse pulmonary fibrosis(advanced stage) since 2006 after tuberculosis in2004 ,she now on oxygen 3 lit/min-24 hours,she cant walk 2 meters from dyspenea ,she had never take carticoids , she hasnt another diseases(controlled arterial pressure) can she now begin take prednisone or not ?which dose? and how long?and what about lung transplantation? thanks best regards
