How aggressive must chemotherapy be post surgery when lymph nodes were clear and all of tumor removed? Tumor was Stage II.
Most patients with stage II colon cancer do not need to receive any form of therapy after surgery. There are strict criteria that are used to select patients who should and these need to be discussed with your oncologist
