can you please give me a list of all medication with penicillen in it, i have a guest staying with me who is allergic to penicillen and i am afraid of giving him the wrong medication, can you help me understand this better
It would be difficult to provide an inclusive list of penicillin type antibiotics, as there are many brand names for the various penicillins.
A safer alternative may be to compile a list of medicines in the home and ask your local pharmacist to review for any penicillins.
Penicillins are antibiotics used to treat infection. Any antibiotics used by a penicillin allergy patient should be verified as being penicillin free.
