I read a question on here from 2005 from a person who had an 8% gallbladder ejection fration and was asking about alternative care. Your recommendation was: "the sugars and starches in your diet are causing the liver bile stasis but the fats make you have the symptoms, therefore if you can eliminate all sugars and most starches you should be symptom free with modest fat consumption." Is that still your recommendation? Anything else to add? My ejection fraction is 15%.
We also use cinnamon and monitor the triglyeride levels for more effectiveness, but that requires an office visit.
