what are these tiny white bumps on the inside of my mouth in the cheek area?
The bumps that you are describing could certainly be normal anatomic structures, including small sebaceous glands (known as Fordyce granules) and minor salivary glands. If you want to confirm this information, you should see your dentist or an oral pathologist.
