My husband has COPD with about 20% of his lungs left. he is 84. hes on oxygen 24/7 plus breathing treatments twice a day and other meds for breathing. hes losing weight rapidly. He smoked for about 40 years but stopped about 20 years ago. He tells me he wont live to see another Christmas,is this right?
