Possible Cause of a Mass in the Lung07/14/2010 |
What are the possible causes of a mass seen in the right lower lobe measuring approximately 5.6cm in transverse dimension? The xray was taken after a hit to the lung area? Could there be other reasons for the mass other than lung cancer? Thank you.
If a chest CT wasn't done, that should be done to make sure that the mass isn't cancer.
