Question:

can u mix the following medications together safely? atenolol 25mg mirtazapine 45mg felodipine 2.5mg thiamine 50mg tibolone 2.5mg adcal-d

Answer:

Atenolol, mirtazapine, felodipine and thiamine are safe to take together; though atenolol and felodipine are both used to lower blood pressure, and you should be monitoring to make sure your blood pressure is appropriate.

I am not familiar with tibolone since it is not commercially available in the United States.

It would appear that the last drug on your list is a calcium supplement with vitamin D. If that is the case, then it may also be safely taken with the other drugs listed.
